Melanie is just fantastic and very incredibly easy to work with. Really dives into the detail and provides options and back up to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. The quality of her food styling is outstanding both visually and technically and I would highly recommend her.
Most of the recipe work Melanie has done for us has been with specialty nutrition needs in mind, like recipes for school canteens or recipes that meet specific nutrition criteria. Being a foodie at heart her recipes are always nourishing, but she never compromises on flavour!
